Shipping & Returns

All shipping costs provided for shipping within the UK, and is worked out on a per item method, if the shipping cost is £0 on the product page then it is free shipping for that item in the UK, if you live anywhere else then please select your location from the options dropdown each time you select a product to buy. Small packets are sent by airmail and large parcels via courier. If you need it quickly then please email us and we can discuss that.

If the item you recieve is faulty then you must notify us within 7 days, if it was a product fault then we will endeavour to replace it as soon as possible, if it has been damaged in the post and was sent with insurance then we may refer you to the courier with those details, all products are physically checked for faults before being sent.

UK Recorded Delivery (1st Class Recorded, £32.00 Insurance)

This form of delivery requires a signature upon receipt. Delivery is normally the next working day but please allow up to 10 FULL working days before contacting us.

Please Note: Shipping method is selected and paid for by the customer so any lost or damaged goods can only be refunded to the maximum insurance allowance for that shipping method or value of goods, what ever is the lesser amount.

UK Special Delivery (Next Day, £250.00 Insurance )

This form of delivery is insured against loss or damage up to £250.00 in value. Delivery is the next working day before 12.00pm excluding Saturdays & Bank Holidays.

International Signed For (Timescale varies depending on how far away the country is)

This form of delivery requires a signature upon receipt. Delivery times vary, (e.g. Sweden, France can get there in 2 working days, the USA can get there in 7 working days), it all depends on where you are in the world. This form of delivery can take upto 14 days to reach some parts of the world.

Courier Delivery

We use DHL couriers for all our UK mainland only courier deliveries (mon-Fri only) .

If you do miss the delivery then you will be carded , please act upon this card to re arrange delivery/ only 1 more attempt is made free of charge/ if you dont act upon the card they normally attempt delivery again the next day. Failing that you could arrange with them to go to the depot and collect the goods in person.

Damaged Goods

All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit by Royal Mail / Parcel Force. Should a product arrive damaged please contact me.

Undelivered / Lost Goods

if after 10 FULL working days not including the date your order was dispatched your good/s are still undelivered please follow the following procedure: Firstly/ contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good/s. If no one was present to sign for the delivery they will have been returned to the postal sorting office / depot where they are stored for a period of 5 - 10 days. If after this period of time the good/s have still not been collected they will be either destroyed by Royal Mail or returned to us at their discretion (returned post can take up to 5 weeks). If the good/s have been returned to us please refer to the section further down this page. If the good/s are not at your local sorting office / depot please contact us to inform that your good/s have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the good/s were ordered.
